We understand changing your pet’s diet can feel uncertain. That’s why our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee gives you time to transition from their old food and see how they respond. If you’re not completely satisfied within 30 days of delivery, we’ll provide a full refund or exchange for any recipe purchased on ripleesranch.com.

We know switching your pet to new food takes time. To help them adjust, start by mixing small amounts of the new recipe with their current food, gradually increasing over 1–2 weeks for a smoother transition. Our refund policy is designed with this period in mind, so you can try something new with confidence.

Please note that refunds will be processed back to the same account and payment method used for the original purchase. To qualify for a refund, you can only return a single SKU (item) once per customer.
