Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns of unopened products in original packaging within 60 days after the date of purchase. Opened or used products, or any items marked as "final sale" are not within our return guidelines.

Please ensure that your product is in the original packaging, and make sure that the merchandise is in the same, new condition. The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. If the return is the result of an error made on our part, we will cover the cost of shipping.

Return steps to follow:

  • You can return your purchase within 60 days of the purchase date.
  • Please contact a Customer Service Agent to confirm your return. 
  • Products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging for a full refund.
  • Please do not send your purchase directly back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centre (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-3 business days after your credit is applied for it to appear in your account.
