Q. How much money can I earn?
A. That depends on your efforts and determination to succeed. Investigate your most likely marketing plan. For a part time distributor use a model of 5 new customers per week with the average retail sale amount being; in Canada 35.00, in the USA $25.00, 50 weeks per year. Truly, what you put into this business is what you will get out.
Q. Can I start part-time?
A. Yes, you can. In fact we encourage you to start small. Many of our existing distributors have started this way and have and plan to quit their full time jobs to focus all of their time and energy into developing a strong home based business.
Q. What kind of people are doing this now?
A. Pet lovers ranging in age from their early twenties to their mid 60's who possess a desire to succeed and will work to build their business. Sales ability is not a requirement, but a love of animals and some people skills are essential.
Q. What percentage of pet owners prefer home delivery?
A. The exact percentage would be hard to determine but we have found through our initial test marketing stage and ongoing experiences it is very high. Once customers have tried our products and our service, they often refer friends to Riplees Ranch, which helps build your business and ours.
Q. Where are the products made?
A. The products are made at a manufacturing facility in Alberta, Canada.
Q. Is the business growing?
A. We currently have Regional Warehouse Distributors through out North America with numerous area Distributors working with the Regional Warehouse Distributors. We are now growing 5-15% per month amongst our Regional Warehouse Distributors.
Q. Can I sell the business in the future?
A. Yes, you can, but keep in mind that it is like selling a house, it must be well maintained and attractive, meaning a good customer base and customer relationship. Your business can be worth many times more than your initial investment and customer base usually sells for $30.00 per customer (Canada) and $20.00 per customer (USA) in addition to the sale of the business.
Q. How do you get the customer?
A. We have developed our own unique market-researching program to locate and develop a customer base in your territory, and it works extremely well. You are completely trained in this department and it is the most cost effective and easiest way to obtain customers by far.
Q. Does Riplees Ranch do much advertising?
A. Our advertising funds from the beginning have been built into the individual Regional Warehouse Distributors profit margin. The most cost efficient and effective way to advertise is to follow the Riplees Ranch market-researching plan.
Q. What are most common mistakes that new distributors make?
A. Simply, they try to re-invent the wheel. Some Regional Warehouse Distributors have wasted their time, energy and money trying to find a different way to sell our products, which has not been cost effective. In the beginning we test marketed our system and products in both Canada and USA and found that the program works well. The system works if you work the system.
Q. If Riplees Ranch sometimes costs more per bag than a grocery brand pet food, how can it be cheaper?
A. By feeding a highly digestible, nutritious food to your animals, you will feed dramatically less per day, because you are feeding nutrients, not filler. It is not price per bag that counts, it is the price per day that it cost you to maintain your pets diet and health.

A. Riplees Ranch Pet Supply was formed in January 1995 and after initial R&D, opened officially in August 1995. Riplees Ranch is wholly owned by Northern Pacific Distributors Ltd., in business since 1962.
Q. What can I expect during the training period?
A. Our company will send a corporate trainer to your location, to train
you for 40 hours. The training consists of hands on actual sales, complete with market researching, setting up appointments, and closing at least 10 new customers. Keep in mind, these new customers will not be friends, acquaintances or relatives of yours.
